Minor revisions to the approved plans for a new mixed-use scheme

We are proposing minor revisions to the approved mixed-use scheme at 628 Western Avenue, Acton. These changes are mostly internal and do not alter the consented height or footprint of the building.

Our planning application has now been validated by The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation, meaning it's pending consideration for approval. You can view the application by clicking here.

In November 2020, planning permission was granted to redevelop the site at 628 Western Avenue on the A40 in Acton. The approved plans include replacing the existing building with a ground plus ten storey structure, featuring two basement levels. The development was designed to provide flexible industrial spaces on the ground and first floors, offices on the second floor, and a hotel occupying floors three to ten, with a total of 466 guest rooms.

We are now proposing minor revisions to the approved scheme. These changes involve maintaining the flexible industrial uses, removing the office space, and replacing it with more hotel space, increasing the number of guest rooms to 616, plus the introduction of a self-storage facility.
